- Install the VS Code editor and learn how to work in it.
- Learn basic commands for working with the terminal.
- Learn how to work with Git and GitHub.
- Learn how to use Git to work on real projects and master the basic commands needed to do so.

4 weeks (20 lessons + 2 interview preparations)
Technology stack: Python, standard libraries Random, Math, Date and Time, OS

Module Outcome:
- You will master all the basic constructs of the Python language.
- Learn several standard Python libraries.
- Learn to write console programs and create several small projects.
- Lay the foundation for further learning, as the concepts learned here will be used throughout the course.

4 weeks (20 lessons + 3 interview preparations)
Technology stack: Python and libraries (JSON, Requests, Logging, regular expressions (Re))

Module Outcome:
- You will learn how to create Python programs in an object-oriented style.
- Be able to develop projects using JSON, Requests, Logging, and regular expressions (Re) libraries.
- Write a large foreign language program and complete several smaller projects during the lessons.
- Master more advanced topics that will prepare you to develop web applications in Django. Since Django is written in an object-oriented style, understanding OOP is a prerequisite to learning it.
- You'll learn how information is communicated on the web by working with JSON and HTTP requests. This knowledge will be deepened in the modules on Django and microservices.

7 weeks (35 lessons + 4 interview preparations)
Technology stack: Django, SQL, PostgreSQL, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap

Module Outcome:
- You will learn how to create web applications on Django with connection to PostgreSQL database.
- You will be able to implement the functionality of such applications, including registration and authorization, CRUD-operations, and custom logic using previously studied libraries.
- Master the classic approach to web application development based on a monolithic architecture, which is used in many existing websites.
- Upon completion of this module, you will be able to qualify for entry-level positions in back-end development.

In the core lessons, the instructor will demonstrate Django's capabilities and give you an assignment to create an application (an online home and garden store). In the project lessons you will create another application (Chatty) on your own.

4 weeks (20 lessons + 3 interview preparations)
Technology stack: Django Rest Framework, Swagger, Postman, HTTP, API, Celery, Redis, Pytest, Unittest, TDD

Module Outcome:
- You will transform an online home and garden store from a monolithic to a microservice application.
- Add Celery and Redis to the project.
- Connect to external APIs of generative models.
- Cover the application with tests using Pytest, Unittest and the TDD (development through testing) approach.

This module will enable you to work confidently on technically complex projects. The topics explored in this module go beyond the knowledge of the average novice developer, presenting an advanced level that demonstrates professional developer skills.

3 weeks (7 lessons + 4 interview preparations)
Technology stack: Python, Django, REST API, PostgreSQL

Module Outcome:
- You and your team transform a monolithic Chatty application into a microservice application.
- Implement additional features.
- Add Celery and Redis to the project.
- Connect external APIs.
- Cover the application with tests and document the APIs.
- Work in Scrum methodology and use Git for team development.

This module simulates real professional development, both in terms of processes and team approach. Here you will be fully autonomous, with the instructor acting as a mentor.

2 weeks (12 lessons)
Technology stack: PyTorch, Docker, Google Colab

Outcome:
- You will learn how to use off-the-shelf artificial intelligence models for your backend projects.
- Learn how to manage a large number of such models and implement them in your projects.
- Master methods for pre-training and customizing models to your needs.

This module makes the training program relevant to the current requirements of the labor market, where employers are looking to incorporate artificial intelligence into their projects. The knowledge and experience gained will allow you to stand out even among experienced backend developers who are not familiar with neural networks.

In the course of the lessons you will implement several machine learning projects:
- Recognizing objects and naming them in a foreign language.
- Recognizing handwritten numerals.
- Classifying images from the Fashion MNIST set.
- Predicting real estate prices.
- Plagiarism detection based on text analysis.

At the end of the module, you will create recommendation systems for two major web applications that you developed during the course:
- For an online store: a product recommendation system based on purchase history.
- For a social network: a system for recommending friends based on a user's interests.
